Since 2003, Rolls-Royce Motor cars limited are exclusive manufacturers of Rolls-Royce brand motor cars. The brand name Rolls Royce was being used from 1906 but was being operated as a subsidiary of BMW AG and various other entities.

Founded by W.O.Bentley in 1919 in Cricklewood, near London. It is the direct successor of Rolls-Royce which was later purchased by Volkswagen in 1998.
An Italian sports car manufacturers based in Maranello is Ferrari S.p.A, founded in 1929 by Enzo Ferrari as Scuderia Ferrari. Although it started out as a company mainly focused on race cars, in 1947 it acquired the production of street-legal vehicles. Fiat acquired 50% Stakes in Ferrari in 1969, by 1988 it marched up to 90% in stakes.
A British Manufacturer of luxury sports cars, Aston Martin, was founded by Lionel Martin and Robert Bamford in 1913. In the 1964 film Goldfinger, with the fictional character James Bond’s use of the DB5 model, the touring car gained recognition as Luxury Grand Touring Car in the year 1950s and 1960s. The company is known to have a period of success and also bankruptcy in the 1970s.
Ettore Bugatti, a French car manufacturer, founded in 1909 in the city of Molsheim, Germany. Bugatti cars were known for their beautiful designs and magnificent beauty. Some famous Bugatti includes the Type 35 Grand Prix cars, Type 41 Royale, Type 57 Atlantic and Type 55 sports car. After the death of Jean Bugatti, the company had no heir and was struggling with the financial crisis and was then purchased for its aeroplane parts business in 1963. Now, Volkswagen Group owns Buggati.
